TODAY:
- Congrats to Sydney M on receiving All Conference Catcher. Way to go!
- NHS Powderpuff football game 6:30 pm. All are invited. Free will donation/Concessions available.
- HS Girls BB meeting 2nd lunch shift in the library.
- Answers for last week's National Hispanic trivia questions were: Rita Moreno; El Rastro is a huge flea market in Madrid, Spain; President Lyndon Johnson initiated a national Hispanic Heritage recognition week in 1968; the answer is veinticuatro. Friday's winner was Marcia Schieber and the grand prize winner of a $10 gift certificate to Senor Barrigas in Savannah was Marcia Schieber.
- Congrats to the CC Team on the meet at Kearney. Ashley got 14th in Varsity with a time of 21.18 (Amazing Time!!) 14th out of 130 runners. Mallory 58th 23.06, Meaghan 70th 23.37. Way to go girls! Our JV girls, Shelby 27.48, Phelps 28.36, Vale 31.46. Improved on personal best.
Tuesday:
- Flu Clinic 7:30 am. Available to anyone 18 and up, please let Tabitha know if you want one and she will get you on the list. You may also get the Dtap if you would like. Cost is $20 without insurance or we can copy and bill your insurance.
- HS CC at Mound City 4:30 pm.
Wednesday:
- FFA Amazing Acres 6 pm. Cookout and night-time corn maze.
- PVC Choir practice 7:30 AM
- FBLA Officer meeting 1st lunch shift in Mrs. Turpin’s room, bring your lunch.
Thursday:
- My Success Event – Sophomores
- HS Girls CC at Mount Ayr 5 pm
Friday:
- 1st Quarter Ends
- HS FB vs. N. Andrew Away 7 pm, bus leaves at 5:30 pm.
- PVC Choir practice 7:30 AM
Saturday:
- Band marches MWSU parade. Be here in uniform at 7:15 AM, bus will leave at 7:30 am. Parade begins at 9:30 (We are #6 out of 13) After done, band will walk together and load the bus at City Hall and go to Looney Fieldhouse in uniform (The whole band will attend the awards ceremony and parents need to sign out). 10:45-11 Awards, leave at 11:30 and eat lunch on way home, back by 1 pm.
Sunday:
- FCA: Fields of Faith at NW Bearcat Arena 3 pm.
