Immunizations Required to Attend

It is a Missouri State Law that all children are fully immunized, in progress with a note from physician, or have an exempt form filled out before your child is allowed to attend school. We ask that you please make sure to submit a copy of your child's record to us before the first day of school, August 16th, 2012.
