We will have computers setup and be able to personally assist you throughout the process during our open house on August 15th. South Nodaway R-IV school district has an immediate opening for a High School Secretary position, which is set to start on July 1, 2024. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our administration, faculty, staff, students and parents. To be considered for this position, the applicant must possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be interacting with students, parents, and other members of our school community on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and personable demeanor, as they will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Additionally, proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications is required. An ability to learn new technology quickly and prior experience with LUMEN student data systems are a major plus.
